N(umerio) Velasio Grato
vix(it) ann(os) XII       [CIL X 1041]

Mau translates this as “To the memory of Numerius Velasius Gratus, who lived twelve years”. See Mau, A., 1907, translated by Kelsey F. W. Pompeii: Its Life and Art. New York: Macmillan. (p. 425).
